Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and in original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included.
The item is not damaged or altered.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Refunds for approved change-of-mind returns will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned for change of mind:
Opened software, digital downloads, or activation codes.
Custom-built or special-order products.
Consumable items that have been opened or used.
Products marked as non-returnable at the time of sale.
If you receive an item that is:
Faulty or defective;
Damaged during shipping; or
Different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We may request photographs, a description of the issue, and your order details to assist with assessment.

Manufacturer Warranty
Many electronic products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and exclusions vary by product.

Return Process
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
Package the item securely, including all accessories and documentation.
Ship the item to the address provided.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping Costs
For faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, we will generally cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
