The Steering wheel take off plate includes an LED indicator hole to see whether the Wireless module is transmitting successfully- this will not be visible on all wheels as wheels without a Horn Button hole will have it obscured. This is an ideal kit for most traditional racecars running aftermarket wheels and quick releases- not suitable for cars running DSG/sequential gearboxes with flappy paddles, we can develop a mount to suit, however this would be a custom design- Please contact us to discuss further.
Kit Includes:
Alloy construction Magnetic Push to Talk paddle (One or two paddle Options)
ABS 3D printed Sandwich Mount - compatible with standard 6×70mm and 6×74mm PCDS (Separate parts) Mount 10mm thickness.
Push to talk wireless base unit - Including a manual push to talk if your batteries are flat in your wheel so you can still race successfully with communications.
Battery life expected: 2 years standby time- if vehicle is regularly used replace Batteries once every 6 months, or before a major endurance event.
